• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
• Location : BAC Hunt Valley - 11333 McCormick Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21031. Note: online applications accepted only .
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous culinary experience and supervisory experience are preferred but not required.

• Pay Range : $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
