What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you will proactively identify and qualify leads, helping drive new business opportunities while ensuring a seamless client experience. Your day-to-day will include:
Engaging with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls and emails, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team.
Conducting high-volume outreach as part of targeted campaigns, prioritizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities during peak seasons.
Building strong relationships with clients through timely, professional communication that aligns with our mission and values.
Maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, and reporting on key performance metrics.
Staying up to date with industry trends, products, and program changes to provide expert insights to prospects.
Continuously refining sales strategies and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
Associate's degree in business administration, finance, economics, agribusiness, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience in agribusiness, farming, agricultural credit, or a related financial industry is a plus.
Skills & Strengths:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
High level of self-motivation, resilience, and ability to meet goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent decision-making, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Compensation & Career Growth
We offer competitive compensation, including variable pay incentives, with a base salary range of $50,900 - $72,100 USD (subject to experience, skills, and market conditions). Our job titles span multiple career levels (associate, senior, principal, etc.), and we're committed to supporting your professional growth within the organization.
