Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Tampa, Florida. Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary of $240,000 – $260,000
  • Signing bonus up to $50,000 or $100,000 forgivable loan
  • Bonus potential up to $20,000 in year one, with increases upon partnership
  • Partnership track (no buy-in) typically within 12–18 months; 65% achieve partnership in one year and earn over $300,000 annually
  • 33 days of paid time off

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, value-based primary care to senior patients with 3–5 chronic conditions
  • Manage a small patient panel with a maximum of 450 patients
  • See approximately 18 patients per day
  • Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
  • Perform 100% outpatient care with no nights or weekends
  • Utilize administrative time built into schedule
  • Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including your own medical assistant and scheduler
  • Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry) and holistic health services
  • Participate in a mission-driven model focused on VIP senior care

Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
  • Clear and active medical license in the State of Florida, or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Commitment to value-based care principles
  • Passion for serving senior populations in a team-based environment
