Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and product compliance across the company’s footprint. 

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of roofing experience
• Must be well versed in the proper application of heat welded thermoplastics, E.P.D.M., B.U.R. and modified roofing
• Detail oriented

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Clear and confident communicator
• Basic computer skills are a must
• Motivated and professional
• Must speak English fluently and Spanish is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of roofing which includes – BUR, shingles, tile, single-ply, metal, waterproofing techniques and products, working knowledge of trusses, light weight concrete deck systems, and AC work that is closely related to roofing

Essential Functions

• Oversee and implement quality control and assurance protocols across roofing operations
• Conduct remote audits and assessments to ensure compliance with specifications, best practice, and installation guidelines
• Identify and document deficiencies, then follow up to confirm corrective actions are taken
• Collaborate with department management, field crews, and senior leadership to improve quality processes
