Job Type: Full time | Onsite (In person)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (overtime as needed)
Pay Range: Starting at $16.00/hour DOE + monthly bonus (avg. +$2/hr.) and quarterly profit-sharing bonus

Position Summary Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in
customer service or sales support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. This role will work closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties • Prepare, enter, and process dealer orders with a high degree of accuracy
• Act as a primary liaison between dealers, engineering, and production
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communications
• Monitor order progress, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with company processes
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination needs

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Required Qualifications • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work on the phone and computer for extended periods
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with dealers or B2B sales support
Education - High school diploma or GED
Licenses/Certifications - None required for this position
Experience: • Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction-related environment a plus
